I went in for a consultation about nose revision surgery, and out of the six clinics I visited, this was the first one that talked me out of revision surgery. They talked about facial proportions, which made me kind of grateful, but I still wanted to do it, so I kept asking about what direction would still be possible. They explained the surgical direction, but in the end said it might not change much even if I did it, and I also ended up not getting the partial-photo discount.
