I didn't want silicone on the nasal bridge, so I kept looking for information, and I happened to see a video on YouTube where autologous costal cartilage was ground up and made into a silicone-like shape for use. The procedure was called Ribfit, so I searched for it, went in for a consultation myself, and honestly... it wasn't that great, so I'm still deciding whether to have the surgery.

Ugh this is driving me crazy. I didn't know before getting a nose surgery consultation that it would be this hard, and the cost side isn't easy either. Just... this was a reminder of how jealous I am of people with pretty, high noses.
