The doctor was kind and seemed to have a lot of experience treating keloids. While I was there, I also got a consultation for my eyes, and it felt like they would reflect my needs as much as possible, so for someone who has a clear idea of the eyes they want, I think it would be good to come in for a consultation. They also said they take care of keloid scar management, which made me trust them.
