I thought I had a lot of upper eyelid fat because I had a hidden double eyelid, so I had surgery hoping that removing the fat would make my eyes look sharper, but there wasn’t a big difference before and after. Maybe not all the fat was removed, because I had fat removed again when I later had double eyelid surgery.
