I had a consultation with the doctor who does noses. They only do it with Gore-Tex and do not use silicone. It seems like they do things naturally. And they do tell you when something probably won't work. I wish there were more case photos, though, which is a shame ㅠㅠ I guess I need to think about it some more with other hospitals!
