The doctor consulted very diligently, but spoke clearly. I want to ask more detailed questions, but since it’s an expert area, rather than explaining everything in detail, I prefer the big picture and a conclusion. If the improvement is clear, I’ll get surgery; if it isn’t clear, I won’t.
