This was my first visit for a contour surgery consultation, and overall the consultation was quite detailed. They first took a CT scan and then explained things while looking at the structure of my facial bones. Rather than simply recommending surgery, they realistically talked about what could actually be improved in my current face shape, which I liked. In particular, they explained with drawings how the cheekbones, square jaw, and chin line would change, so it was easy to understand. When I asked about the things I was worried about, like swelling, the possibility of nerve damage, and the recovery period, they explained each one instead of brushing it off. What impressed me was that instead of trying to make a big change no matter what, they focused on balancing the overall proportions. The consultation atmosphere was also not burdensome, and it didn’t feel like they were strongly pushing surgery, so I was able to talk comfortably. I haven’t decided to have surgery yet, but the consultation itself was very helpful, and I thought anyone considering contour surgery should at least get a consultation there once.
