I went for a consultation because Dr. Kim Sung-chan is said to be extremely famous for lower eyelid surgery. The hospital was huge, with several floors, and it looked like there were a lot of patients...!! The director had a somewhat mechanical kind of friendliness and looked very confident. But rather than giving me a tailored explanation based on the structure of my eyes, he only gave a brief overall explanation of the surgery, so as a customer I did not feel very moved by the consultation. It felt like the manager explained things more diligently instead...?? The manager seemed to really want me to leave a deposit that day, which felt a little pressuring. The before-and-after photos here were the ones I liked the most and they were dramatic, but I was a little concerned about whether the aftercare would be customized to the customer.
