A friend had it done here and it turned out really well, so I got a consultation through that recommendation, and they even suggested upper canthoplasty, which I had never heard of anywhere else. For my first surgery, I was thinking of playing it safe with buried sutures, but because my eyes sagged a lot, They explained carefully while showing multiple example photos that incisional surgery would be better because it wouldn’t feel stuffy. The disappointing part was that they completely ignored the line I was aiming for and pushed a design that suited my eyes, so I was a bit taken aback... but thinking about it now, I think that was the right call. It seems they aim for a natural, clear eye shape, The biggest drawback is the price.... Incisional surgery is more expensive than non-incisional, but adding one canthoplasty brought it to almost 380... It feels too burdensome for a first surgery, so I’m thinking it over.
