The director's technique is clean. While I was having my third procedure here, I felt it during the recovery process after surgery. Especially for the under-eye fat repositioning, I bruise very easily, but I only got a faint yellow bruise. It was so mild I could barely tell it was a bruise. So I went straight to work, and even my coworkers didn't notice. I also didn't have sedation, so I felt reassured. Of course, the local anesthetic injection really hurts... but I even get endoscopies without sedation because I'm worried about anesthesia. Because I don't have to worry about anesthesia accidents, and I know they won't completely ruin me, this is the clinic I go to whenever I have something to deliberation about.
