I consulted with Director Yeom Wonseok for double eyelid surgery. He used to work with another doctor and seems to have opened his own practice separately. The doctor was extremely firm and had clear boundaries about what could and couldn't be done. Because I have a lot of eyelid skin, most clinics recommended incision + epicanthoplasty + ptosis correction, but he explained very professionally that ptosis correction is really risky and also explained the side effects of ptosis correction well, and told me in detail why a high crease wouldn't work on my eyes... Thanks to him, I came to terms with reality. The managers were also very kind and there was no pressure to book, but since this was my first surgery, incision felt a bit burdensome, and the cost was about three times higher than other hospitals, so in the end I booked at another clinic. Still, it's a clinic I'd recommend to an acquaintance, and I think it's worth getting a consultation once.
