The clinic interior itself is a bit old-fashioned? Not very modern. It’s compact and cozy. The doctor’s appearance and the way he spoke gave a very good first impression, and he was very calm, kind, and thorough in his explanations. The manager is the type who can charm people with words. She really is good at talking. But the fact that they use Gore-Tex and that there’s no CCTV is a downside... When I said I wondered why there was no CCTV, the manager rambled on and gave all sorts of ridiculous reasons that made no sense lol. To me, it feels like they’re pushing an image of a clinic that runs on word of mouth without advertising. I don’t think they operated like that from the beginning. It feels like over time they polished themselves into a word-of-mouth clinic... From my perspective, having searched a lot online and gone in knowing what kind of person Director Heo was beforehand...ㅎ (I saw it in some cafe’s blacklist, but that was ages ago) They showed before-and-after cosmetic surgery photos, but all of them were old photos with a very early-to-mid 2000s vibe. I was briefly tempted by the doctor’s and manager’s impression and persuasion, and thought I wanted to get surgery here, but there were a few things that felt off, so sadly I passed.
