I booked in and didn’t have to wait long before going straight into the consultation. After a brief consultation with the director, I went in to see the head surgeon. As soon as I got there, he was looking at my CT scan of my nose and figuring things out. My nose is a little long, and he said my nose is already pretty enough as it is, so it would be a bit of a waste to touch it unnecessarily. He said I do have a bridge, but there is a slight dorsal hump and the tip is drooping, and when I said I wanted it lifted, he said I have enough septal cartilage and that surgery would be possible without an implant, but emphasized that it would only be a modest improvement and there wouldn’t be a huge change. He was really kind, and even when I asked things like what material he would use or whether it would droop again, he explained everything in detail and kept checking whether I had any more questions. I like natural results and don’t want to change my current image dramatically, so I’m planning to go here!
