His basic etiquette and manners felt top-tier in the country... Then he analyzed my nose and face together with a cotton swab, and said this was truly a face that needed stable surgery, pointing out all sorts of asymmetry, even parts I did not know about. He even said I did not need osteotomy... And I was also going to do functional nose surgery, but he said my nose would not benefit from functional nose surgery..
