I had cheek liposuction about five years ago. Honestly, I could hardly tell any effect, and even people around me never said my face looked slimmer.......... I think it only refined my facial line somewhat, but I really could not notice a difference. The stress from my cheek fat remained the same, so I later had revision surgery at another clinic, but I still could not notice a difference. I am just assuming my body constitution does not lose facial fat easily. However, since I had the surgery at a fairly expensive price, honestly, if I could go back, I probably would not do it. There were no side effects, but I was not satisfied.
