Both the director and the clinic manager were fairly kind. I remember the consultation took about 20 minutes including both of them. They listened well, but seemed a little busy, so it looked difficult to spend a great deal of time carefully designing the line. I had been very worried because I heard removing the stitches after surgery would hurt, but I was surprised that it did not hurt, perhaps because the knots had been tied well. Overall, I am satisfied, but please note that it did not feel like they carefully designed the line in great detail.
