Everyone, including the doctor and the manager, was kind. The manager in particular was very kind. The doctor seemed a little busy, but explained the points I was curious about in detail and did not try to push me into doing too much. People who want a very glamorous result may not have the same aesthetic preference, but I trusted the way they talked about keeping things safe and reasonable. The manager also told me to visit several clinics and contact them afterward.
