The director seemed highly professional, and the clinic facilities were good. The coordinator was kind, too. I am still deliberating between having my nasal cartilage fragments removed here or at another clinic, so I have not scheduled surgery yet. The director did look very busy. Still, they seem to perform many difficult nose surgeries, so I think they will do a good job. There was some waiting, but it was not too long and bearable. They said they might use autologous dermis in case it is needed if I undergo surgery, which makes me hesitate a little!!!
