I went to have the L-shaped silicone in my nose removed. During the consultation, they said that if the difficulty ranged up to 10, this was about a 1, the easiest kind of surgery, which reassured me, so I immediately set a surgery date. The surgery actually took less than an hour. I woke up after anesthesia and it was all over.
