It's been 4 years since I had a no-implant nose surgery (hump removal / osteotomy / tip with septal cartilage). When I had my surgery, it was a clinic using the director's name, but the hospital name has changed. First, I like that it's not a factory-style clinic. And the hump is much more corrected than before and looks more defined, so I'm satisfied with that. My top priority was for it not to be noticeable, so I chose a no-implant surgery, and honestly, you can't tell at all that I had surgery. However, one thing I regret is that at one month after surgery, the bridge was high and the line was really pretty, but the nose tip gradually dropped ㅜ Maybe that makes it look more natural, but I do regret that I should have raised it a bit more. Of course, the doctor warned me during the consultation that it could droop, and it was also my choice to say I didn't want it too high, so it's not the doctor's fault.
