This was a place I consulted with before, but I don't remember who the director was. They recommended contouring instead of the nose... I remembered them saying I should do contouring first rather than the nose, so I ended up deciding on surgery late. It was the first time I saw someone recommend a procedure outside their own field. And elsewhere I was told the septum couldn't be used, but here they said it was possible.
