I had a short consultation with the manager and then a consultation with the director. The director looked at my eyes very carefully and explained everything step by step. They didn’t rush me at all and asked if I had anything else to ask, then waited. The manager was kind too, and maybe because I went after the busy season, everyone was calm and gentle, which I really liked. There was no pressure at all, and they only explained the price and told me to think about it and contact them, so I didn’t feel burdened. I’m still thinking about it, but I think I’ll probably end up doing it here! It was a consultation that felt good from start to finish!
