Overall, the atmosphere was calm. At first they kindly explained the basics, but as the consultation went on it felt somewhat standardized. They did look at my eyes, but the explanation focused more on the idea that eyes like mine are usually handled this way, rather than on a design tailored to my own eyes. The explanation of line height and the differences between surgery methods was also given only verbally, without comparison photos, so it was hard to picture. They do answer questions, but they don't really go into depth
