It was frustrating, like talking to an elderly person. I wanted a definite answer about what was wrong with my eyes and how this part needed to be improved... I visited because it was close to my home, but it was disappointing. The consultation manager was also older, and talked to me like, "our friend is~", and when showing other people's before-and-after photos, she said things like "this friend is like this and that," which made me a bit uncomfortable.
