I went for a consultation 10 years ago, and the doctor carefully checked everything, even setting the double-eyelid line with something like a needle, and answered very clearly and thoroughly. I was taken in right away with no wait and had the consultation. I think there was no separate consultation fee, and the estimate was around 3 million won.
