I came in for a Thermage laser consultation, but the explanation was not as in-depth as I had hoped. They looked at my skin condition, but there wasn't a long explanation of which layer the stimulation reaches. The guidance on how many sessions are needed to maintain the effect was also mostly average, generic information. Repeatedly they said it helps improve elasticity, but I felt there wasn't a detailed analysis tailored to my skin type. Realistic points like pain level, swelling, and the possibility of scabbing only came up when I asked. They showed before-and-after photos, but I couldn't clearly picture the changes if it were applied to my own face.
