First of all, for a factory-style clinic there was no wait at all, which was great. It's near my workplace, so I stepped out during my lunch break, waited a little bit (about 10 minutes by feel?), and got the procedure right away. I'm a special case, so I don't know if that's why, but I think the one with steroids worked better than the one without. I'm a guy and having a lot of cheek fat is really stressful, so I go every three months, and it always seems to be at least decent. But the consultation staff are really not great.. I don't know if it's because I come in for the same thing every time, but their attitude is so cold and they just handle me mechanically. If that's the case, they might as well use a kiosk..
