There were tons of people, lots of waiting, the procedures were sloppy, and the front desk was rude. The person doing the consultation did at least explain things well. What's bad is that even though the procedures are factory-style, it's extreme: since they take reservations in 30-minute blocks and have to send everyone out before new people come in, if the waiting list starts getting long, they rush through it to move fast, and even with packs, they had already stopped doing the modeling pack, and if there were too many people they would just slap on a cream pack and send you out while giving you attitude. The front desk keeps acting like they're the only ones busy, snapping and getting annoyed. The only things that are cost-effective are Botox and skin booster types that use the exact dosage.
