Even one star feels wasted. Details below. I am leaving this review because I had many regrets after getting chin Botox. I waited about 1 hour longer than my appointment time, and the consultation was done briefly by the manager in the waiting area, not in a separate consultation room. Rather than receiving an explanation while looking at materials related to the procedure, I was only given verbal guidance. After checking my chin, they said the chin muscle was small and proceeded with a standard dose, and I received the procedure as-is, but afterward an apple-cheek-like bulge appeared around my chin. I went back for a retouch because of the side effect, and when I told the doctor about the swelling, I was told something to the effect of, "The swelling will go down, but the flesh can't be helped." Personally, it felt more like a change caused by the procedure rather than fat, so I felt that the response was somewhat disappointing in that respect. Later, the coordinator and manager explained that it would get better with time, but the fact that it would take 2 to 3 weeks to return to normal because of the side effect itself was stressful, and I did not feel trust in the explanations and response before and after the procedure. There can be individual differences in the procedure, but in terms of waiting time, consultation style, and aftercare response, I felt this was not the right clinic for me.
