I visited because the doctor is famous for eye surgery. I thought he would be kind because he explains things well on YouTube, but in the actual consultation he was rather blunt. Still, he looked carefully for cases similar to mine, and said surgery would probably be difficult in the direction I wanted. Even so, I was going to make a reservation because he doesn't just say yes to everything and is known for eye surgery, but since he said the part I most wanted to fix would be difficult, I didn't go ahead with the surgery. They do let you cancel freely after putting down the deposit, and refunds are usually processed within a day.
