The clinic facility is clean, and I think the doctor is skilled. I'm still recovering, but it was a difficult eye, and I think I got a sufficiently good result. The fact that they'll keep doing the free aftercare until I'm satisfied also puts my mind at ease, and they definitely don't give off a money-grubber vibe. They seem to take a conservative approach so they don't create big problems that can't be reversed, and rather than making a huge change all at once, they seem to pursue gradual improvement little by little, so as a patient with extremely difficult eyes, I trust them even more. That said, compared with how much they emphasize communication with patients on YouTube, the consultation and the meeting on the surgery day seem to be handled quite briefly They always seem busy. But still, they do a good job on their own. I saw a review somewhere saying that as soon as they look at you, the plan for what needs to be done immediately pops into their head, and that was really the case. And the consultation manager only met me once at the very first consultation to tell me the price, and after that I only ever consulted with the doctor.
