The hospital facilities are a bit below those of other big hospitals, but they’re okay. It was very hard to get an appointment. There wasn’t a line like at factory-style hospitals; they only take a fixed number of people during a fixed period, so there was only one person there. I had the consultation directly with the doctor without going through a manager. The doctor drew eyes on paper while explaining things, so it was easy to understand and follow. The doctor was very clear about what couldn’t be done. I told them the points I wanted to improve by looking at my eyes, but they said the scar area absolutely could not be improved I couldn’t get the line I wanted either, and it seemed like the doctor focused more on making things a little better than on aesthetics.
