The consultation manager's friendliness was just so-so. The doctor was cheerful and explained the forehead lift surgery while showing the surgery video directly. I was a bit surprised after seeing the surgery video. He seemed to take pride in only making two incisions, but in the end I was bothered by the fact that it only requires two incisions, so I didn't go through with it. Oh, and this was the only place where they didn't take photos before the consultation.
