The doctor was kind and the consultation was good. But.. I put down a deposit without even setting a surgery date, and later when I called to set a date, they said too much time had passed so they couldn't do the surgery and the deposit couldn't be refunded I fought on the phone for an hour^^ I'm planning to file for consumer 피해 relief through the Korea Consumer Agency
