I went for a consultation about nose tip surgery, and the atmosphere was quieter than I expected. I was only worried about the nose tip rather than the bridge, so I asked mainly about that part, and they said they would not just raise it unconditionally but would first look at the angle and thickness. My skin is on the thicker side, so it was impressive that they honestly said dramatic changes would be difficult. On the other hand, the explanation of which materials would be used felt a little rushed. I heard about the difference between ear cartilage and septal cartilage, but the logic for why that method was suitable for my nose was not very detailed. The scar location and how quickly the swelling goes down also seemed average.
