Clean facilities. The consultation manager was just average, and the director was very thorough and professional in proportion to the consultation fee. He wasn't especially warm, but he seemed meticulous and responsible. I think that's just his usual style, but he said clearly what could be done and what couldn't, and unlike some clinics that raise your expectations as if surgery will make you suddenly beautiful, this place wasn't like that. He also takes only one surgery slot per day, which he seemed proud of.
