I had a consultation with Director Park Yu-gil. I currently have 5 to 6 mm silicone in my nose, but I don’t like the shape, so I’m looking into revision surgery. He said they could replace it with 3 to 4 mm silicone and build the support with septal cartilage, and if there isn’t enough septal cartilage, ear cartilage can be used. Nose alar reduction and bulbous nose correction are also included. He said costal cartilage is possible for patients who want a definite correction, but since I said I would prefer not to use costal cartilage if possible, we decided to proceed with the combination of silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage. The estimate was 6.8 million won, but with discounts such as selfie reviews or same-day payment, it could go down to as low as 5.8 million won. For aftercare, they said they provide swelling care and sebum care. The clinic interior has Instagram-style aesthetics, and there were really a lot of patients. Still, the wait time wasn’t long, and all the staff were kind. The director was young, but his explanation was detailed and professional, and he seemed confident about the surgery.
