It's been 2 years since I had Noblecot + front cheek bone bonement implant surgery. I've been thinking about removal for 2 years, and I'm going to remove it soon. I got nasal spreading, and for the entire 2 years I kept thinking, "It's just swelling, it'll go away soon," but after 2 years I could tell for sure, and nasal spreading is permanent. My originally bean-shaped nostrils spread round like peas, and I became pig-nosed, pig-faced.. It also feels like the alae are always swollen and tight in everyday life. No matter how small the amount of change is, when it comes to the nose, even those tiny changes seem to determine your impression very strongly. The foreign-body sensation is also severe, and rather than living with that sensation, living with my face from before surgery is much better, so I'm getting it removed.. Bone erosion can't be ignored either. If you have nostrils that are long vertically, and a nose that is high and large like a Western nose, this may be okay for you. Plus, if you don't mind the foreign-body sensation and bone erosion. In my case, my nose width and nostrils were both small, but the amount of correction required ended up being a height that, when inserted normally, looks unnatural..ㅠㅠ
