Had photos taken with CT and then had a consultation. The director said they take a conservative approach to the nasal valve and suggested just fixing the deviated septum. For the rhinoplasty, they said the amount may be small after checking the septum and suggested donor rib cartilage. I had gone there only to look at my nose, but they also said I have a receding chin and recommended a silicone chin implant. I had not thought about it, but it does seem like it would be good. Because I was worried about side effects from donor rib cartilage, I asked them to build up the tip of the nose with the septum, and if that was not enough they could use donor rib cartilage, but then the price would go up. 1.
