The doctor was calm, and even when drawing the line, they answered all my questions sincerely. The counseling director had a lot of consultations, so they were busy running around everywhere, but they answered everything I asked at top speed. The answers were clear. I hadn’t finalized the surgery, so I felt a little pressure(?) from that, but they gave me alternatives and I wrapped things up well before leaving. The doctor explained well what could not be done, what was impossible surgically, and what was expected, so I felt reassured. I’m going to think about it a bit more before making a final decision.
