At the consultation, they do it in order: first the manager consults with you, then the doctor. Since it was December, maybe that’s why I had to wait longer than my appointment time before getting seen. During the manager’s consultation, they did push the reservation a little, but it didn’t feel extremely uncomfortable. The doctor said there were a fixed number of surgeries they do per day, but I’m a bit doubtful whether that’s really true.. The doctor didn’t feel scary or cold, but looked extremely tired. They said the surgery was possible, and that the current condition of my eyes wasn’t that difficult.
