He pointed out when something was unnecessary and said it was unnecessary, and his aesthetic sense matched mine well, so our opinions lined up and it felt refreshing. He correctly identified that the shape of my nose is in a bad state right now, and that part really appealed to me.. However, I was torn between donated tissue and autologous rib cartilage, but he didn't actively recommend either one Maybe it doesn't matter for my nose?
