I went for a consultation because the surgery reviews were good, but even from the phone call when I tried to book the consultation, I didn't feel any kindness. When I went in to consult with the manager, she suddenly grabbed my face and pulled it toward her while looking at it. Just plain rude. The doctor was in surgery so I waited and then had the consultation, but there wasn't really anything different from what the manager had said. I felt like I waited for nothing. The surgery reviews were good, but the manager was so rude that I won't have surgery here.
