Consultation went in the order of manager > director > manager The staff member was kind, but maybe because I had already been to other places first, I didn’t feel any special professionalism. And I didn’t feel that the director’s consultation was kind. He spoke ambiguously... he kept glossing over things so I couldn’t understand what he was saying. I was so embarrassed that it felt like he was too lazy to consult with me.
