I went there because I liked the before-and-after photos. I wanted improvement for a big nose, a long-looking nose, a hooked nose, a drooping tip, and a bulbous nose. They said the tip would use septal cartilage + ear cartilage, and that they couldn't know for sure until they opened it. They said nostril reduction wasn't necessary and that tying the cartilage was something they do as standard. They said fat removal wasn't needed and that they would do it without implants, with no silicone. They also recommended lateral osteotomy, but when I said I didn't want it, they said it wasn't absolutely necessary. They said the columella naturally becomes flatter when the tip is raised, and that they control it with the septum. They said the nasolabial angle rises along with the tip, but if it rises too much, the movement of the lips can make the tip drop, so that's not good. The doctor was also kind and told me as much as possible about everything I asked, and I was really happy with the consultation.
