I went in for a consultation for under-eye fat repositioning, and overall it was a consultation that left me with a lot of disappointment.. The consultation atmosphere itself was not heavy, but I felt there was a lack of a clear diagnosis or direction regarding my eye condition. In particular, the repeated vague answers like it could be done or it might not be possible did not really build trust... (The doctor said the possibility was low, though..) Of course I understand that surgery cannot be guaranteed 100 percent, but I still think it would have been better to get some concrete explanation of the case and some organization of the possibilities. Also, the manager mentioned a discount if I signed a contract that day, but after the consultation there was no separate business card or quotation sheet or guide materials like you usually get, so overall it felt unorganized (..this was my first time experiencing this). Rather than wanting to come back, I felt I should look into other hospitals and compare more. Overall, my satisfaction with the consultation was not high.
