I went for revision rhinoplasty. I didn't research my first surgery very well, so I didn't like the overall shape or line. I've been going around consulting places known for revision surgery after looking at cafes and YouTube, and here, because they have a lot of experience with revision cases, they explained the current condition of my nose and the cartilage conditions in detail, so it was easy to understand. They drew my face and nose and suggested a line that would match my face without being excessive, and they clearly told me what was realistically possible and what was difficult, so I felt this wasn't a place that overdoes things. I still have a few more places to look at, so I'll make my final decision after comparing more.
