The doctor was truly kind. In a comfortable atmosphere, he explained how my nose had problems through a professional consultation, and he didn’t recommend excessive surgery, so I was able to have a relaxed consultation. Later, the manager also gave me a very kind consultation. There was no coercive atmosphere at all, and they didn’t force me to pay. They said I could ask again if there was anything I didn’t know or was curious about, so I was able to comfortably ask about everything I had been wondering or worrying about.
