Even though it's been years, whenever this place is mentioned I get annoyed, so thumbs down. I said I was just stepping out to the front desk for a moment, and when I came back I said I was back too. But they kept messing up the order, so when I asked, they said they had called me earlier and why did I leave without saying anything. I was waiting, but they still didn't call me. When I asked, they went, "Were you here?" and that kind of BS. For spider Botox, I had it done once, and then again a year later. The first time, touch-up was included, but the second year they didn't say the touch-up had been removed. Since it was a special-area Botox, it was more expensive than other areas, but the effect was weaker and touch-up wasn't available, so I didn't go back after that.
