First of all, the wait is way too long. Even if you make a reservation and go, you have to wait at least 30 minutes, and there was even a time when I got skipped in the queue, so I ended up waiting over an hour before I finally went to the counter myself and said something, only for them to go, oh, and tell me to come in right away. But they didn’t apologize. There’s no doctor doing the consultation; there’s a separate consultation manager, and since there are several of them and they don’t look especially professional, it felt like if you said what procedure you wanted, they mostly just did it as-is. While getting the procedure done, I asked a question I was curious about, and they even snorted and laughed at me, which left a bad feeling.
